Again I'm posting for my friend these are his words he can't even afford a damn cell phone but supposedly he's a professional wood cutter right but only owns one singular saw come on guys ,,,, I have already reached out in multiple occasions to customer support they have put me off for two weeks now on a 48 hour response time I've called back several times only to get the same answers that they are checking into it. CHECKING INTO IT I mean really the receipt shows I purchased the oil it was the sales rep that incorrectly entered the warranty information and your company is still not standing behind the product. I bought an ts 400 saw nearly 1400 us dollars and the dang thing didn't last 2 years. Maybe it was that particular one but why should I suffer the manufacturer defect why should it be my hard earned money that would be the test subject for casually why should I be the one that nearly froze to death in sub zero temperatures because your saw crapped out on me after less than 1.5 years of service. I mean you gotta admit the saw should last for many years I have friends with saws that have lasted 20+years and here I sit with a thousand dollar plus saw with the Stihl name that won't run and hasn't for several months now and a bogus warranty not to mention a sales rep that made false allegations that I am a professional wood cutter. If I was a professional wood cutter I wouldn't be worried about one singular freaking saw I mean seriously guys wtf I paid good money for one saw I have one saw registered one saw that I used and now I have nothing to cut wood to stay warm up here in the mountains so my question is what does your company intend to do about it or should I just take the saw and give it back to them because it's worthless to me out here it's nothing more than a paper weight at this point do you understand the gravity this has for my survival and so far it seems y'all don't give two shits about me living or ever promoting using or buying another saw from you. I guess that one time sale is what it's all about screw what happens after the sale right. I mean come on guys I thought you stood behind your products or is this just another Chinese knock off disposable to discard after a couple of used. If that's the case I would've bought Chinese but I needed a dependable saw and a company that backs their products and warrant instead I got pushed to the side accused of a bunch of BS woodcutter professional crap whatever that is and now being told to contact this person and that person when it's pretty simple honor the warranty stand by your product and the golden rule the customer is always right I mean how many of these are in production and you guys refuse to stand by this single one it makes no sense whatsoever please explain this mentality so I can avoid these types of companies in the future .

And I want battery tools, I know also I not alone. I build log houses for a living and have the msa 300. And it works like a charm. It more power fulI than any 50cc, but I can say eats battery so runtime is a little bit worst. But that not problem for me when the chargers are always on my worksite. Another good thing with the msa 300 is we finally have proper chainsaw saw for indoors work.

Not alone but a definitely a minority, in reality nobody would use 4stroke in a handheld situation, more weight, less power, less rpm, oil problems when run upside down and more moving parts, probably even more expensive Injection will probably come in more pro models Battery powered is rightfully the main path of development and already really good If you have the chance to try some out, take it Except msa 300 everything else I've tested, I wouldn't even consider buying the gas model in the same power range to many advantages of battery powered tools in low and medium power applications

@@chrisb9478 - can't really make intelligent comments unless you've objectively tried the alternative then, can you? The market is going battery - no one is developing new gas engines in this market space. I have a friend who runs a large landscaping / maintenance business with 100% battery tools. Nearly zero maintenance, and gets a ton of government and strata contracts because their gear is so quiet and not belching out blue smoke.

Hello! Thank you for your comment! The GS 461 is suitable for wet cutting concrete, natural stone and masonry. This means that the device cannot be damaged or blunt when cutting through. Unfortunately, rebar is not suitable for this product. The chain can become very blunt during use, and we therefore do not recommend it.

Hello! In order to remove the Polycut 6-2 Mowing Head: Switch off the brushcutter and remove the battery. Hold the mowing head with your hand. Manually rotate the upper part counterclockwise until the mowing head can be removed.
